NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet in self-isolation as close contact of Sydney’s COVID-19 case

The NSW Treasurer is self-isolating after being identified as a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case.

Dominic Perrottet, 38, confirmed in a statement on Thursday morning that he was in self-isolation at his home.

“Mr Perrottet went into isolation at his home yesterday evening on learning of the potential contact and in accordance with the current health orders,” the statement said.

He has since taken a COVID-19 test and returned a negative result.
